I made my booking for a 12 month condo rental via internet with Town and Country. Everything was done via e-mail. My initial enquiry and all follow up requests and negotiations with the owner were done speedily and efficiently by Town and Country - special mention for Saam ! Upon arrival in Pattaya, I was met by KC - one of the agency Directors and the landlady of my condo and checked in quickly and in a very friendly manner. Subsequent enquiries, whilst settling in were handled equally professionally.
