I all my years of buying and selling real estate in Thailand I have never had the service that KC and his amazing team at Town Country Property provide.Words like Professional, Knowledgeable, Courteous immediately come to mind. If you are considering buying or selling in the Pattaya area I strongly advise that you to let KC and his inside knowledge help you. After returning to America. I decided to used Town & Country Property located at Jomtien Complex Condotel to sell my condo in Thailand. Mr. C.T. Cuijpers was my agent. And completing the sale. While l was living in America. I gave him my power of attorney. He worked professionally and complete the sale. And then he wires the money to my American Bank. All went well. And I would use Town & Country Property again if needed.
