Developers and realtors have welcomed the launch of Pattaya’s first Pattaya Property Show, scheduled to take place at Hilton Pattaya from January 9–12, 2014. The dates coincide with one of the busiest periods for Pattaya, when the beachside city is typically full. Within the first three weeks of the announcement, more than 65% of exhibition space had already been reserved by leading Pattaya real estate companies.

A Professionally Run Exhibition

The event is organized by Exact Trading Co., Ltd and will target travelers, expatriates, and local homeowners. “Having carefully researched the market, we felt that now was the time to put together a professionally run exhibition in the center of Pattaya to showcase regional real estate,” said organizer Mike Bridge. “This has been supported by many of the leading real estate agents in Pattaya and developers, who have already confirmed their participation.”

Exhibitors and Partners

Confirmed exhibitors include Kingdom Property, Universal Group, Riviera, A+ Property, Compass, Ocean Residential, Orion, Power House, Siam Royal View, Urban, The Ville, and Beach Front. “It’s terrific news that Pattaya City will finally have its own property show, and we are excited to be part of it,” said Ubonjitr Thamchop, Marketing Manager at Riviera Wongamat. Media partners include Property Report Magazine, Pattaya Condo & House Guide, Russian Real Estate Thailand Magazine, Pattaya Today, and Real Estate Thailand Magazine.

Market Confidence

Terry Blackburn, CEO at Ensign Media, noted: “We have been covering the Eastern Seaboard market for a long time in the pages of Property Report, so we are delighted that the first Pattaya Property Show looks set to be a success. Pattaya has been the fastest‑growing resort market in Thailand in recent years, and this show will highlight the diverse range of investment opportunities available.”

What to Expect

The exhibition will showcase new developments including condos for sale in Pattaya, villas, and townhouses, as well as projects from other regions in Thailand. Organizers expect more than 3,500 investors and buyers to attend the three‑and‑a‑half‑day event.
