As CEO of one of Pattaya’s most well‑known real estate agencies, Town & Country Property, I am often invited to write about the property industry or to give speeches and interviews on my experience in buying, selling, renting, and investing in Pattaya real estate on Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard. Onsite services include rentals, property management, and maintenance — all very professional. The quality of the homes is high, comfortable, and well built.

When I bought my home, I wasn’t thinking about its investment return. But as a realtor, I know that properties in the right location deliver good yields. Pattaya property consistently scores high, with prices still very fair compared to other destinations in Southeast Asia. Over time, my home’s capital appreciation has grown by around 30% since purchase. That’s an excellent return. Land values continue to rise, and many investors are “land banking” for long‑term gains. Commercial investments also perform well. Buyers often purchase apartment buildings or complexes for long‑term or holiday rentals, generating strong profits.
