In 2009, we introduced Movers & Shakers (M&S) — an annual gala with golf outings by day and entertainment by night. It was a mega success in Pattaya and later expanded to Bangkok. Seed sponsors like Kingdom Property, Tulip Group, Heights Holdings, Riviera Group, and One‑Tower Group helped make M&S a big success in both cities. This bridged the gap between Bangkok and Pattaya, and soon major developers like Sansiri, Q‑House, LPN, Major Development, and SC Asset entered the Pattaya housing market.Recognition and Results
